They're remaking Fame and Footloose...

This disturbing trend of remaking shit has to stop. I can understand a few remakes of classics or campy stuff like Piranha, but damn. Fame?

C'mon, Hollywood. Seriously?

There are plenty of talented writers out there with original ideas and the movie-going public is CLAMORING for them. Give them a chance.

Know whatcha mean... "Charlie & Chocolate Factory," "Alice in Wonderland"...

Oh, and the Disney animated sequels: "Bambi II," "Dumbo II," etc. Ugh...

Well, some films can use an updating, so some of them I don't mind. Tim Burton re-imagining something can make it very different from the original, but Fame is just gratuitous.
